Refund Policy

1. Overview

All purchases made through the Georgia Frontier RP Shop are final. We do not offer refunds, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 4, which apply regardless of this policy under EU consumer protection law.

2. Why “All Sales Are Final” Is Enforceable Here

Under EU consumer law, online buyers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately (cosmetics, in-game currency, perks), this right does not apply once you have explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.

This consent must be collected as an explicit, affirmative step at checkout — it cannot simply be declared on this policy page alone. Once you’ve given that consent and completed a purchase, the item is delivered immediately to your account and the sale is final.

3. What This Means in Practice

  • All Shop purchases are one-time payments for immediately-delivered digital content.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm you do not wish to wait the standard withdrawal period and accept immediate delivery.
  • Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for change of mind, mistaken purchase, or any reason other than those listed in Section 4.

4. Exceptions — Where a Refund Is Still Legally Required

These exceptions exist regardless of our “all sales are final” policy — they are not optional generosity, they’re situations where no valid sale actually occurred or where the law does not allow a waiver:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount) — this isn’t a withdrawal-right issue, it’s simply not a valid transaction.
  • The item was never delivered to your account due to a technical fault on our end.
  • The item is materially defective or not as described.
  • Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, regardless of what this policy states.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact billings@georgiafrp.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unresolved disputes may result in account suspension pending investigation, since chargebacks on delivered digital goods can constitute a Terms of Service violation.

6. Subscriptions

If Georgia Frontier RP offers recurring subscriptions or donator tiers, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time via Account → Subscriptions; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email billings@georgiafrp.com with your Member ID, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within [X business days].
