Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Georgia Frontier RP (“GFRP,” “we,” “us”) is a FiveM roleplay community operated by Vexoris Development, a Kleinunternehmer (§19 UStG) registered in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany.

This Website was created and is powered by Vexoris Development, under a Vexoris Development Agreement (VXA) entered into for the Georgia Frontier RP server.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing georgiafrp.com, joining our Discord server, or connecting to our FiveM game server, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our GFRP User Subscriber Agreement.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on this Website.
  • If you are between 16 and 17, you may create an account and use the Website and our Discord community, but you will not be granted access to the FiveM game server until you turn 17.
  • If you are under 16, you may not create an account.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Your username is shown publicly across the site, Discord, and in-game. Your real name (collected at registration) is used solely for Shop/billing purposes and is never displayed publicly.
  • You may be issued a unique Member ID (format GFRP-M-XXXXXXX) upon registration, used for identification and support purposes.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate our Server Rules or Community Guidelines
  • Impersonate another person, including submitting another person’s Steam, Discord, or FiveM identifiers as your own
  • Attempt to circumvent bans, whitelist restrictions, or age-based access limitations
  • Use the Website, Discord, or game server to harass, threaten, or harm other members
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, including CAD, staff areas, or other members’ accounts
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the Website without our written permission

6. Discord and Steam Connections

  • Connecting your Discord account is required for registration and is used to verify your identity and, where applicable, sync department/staff permissions based on your Discord roles.
  • Steam and FiveM identifiers you provide are self-reported for convenience and matchmaking purposes. We do not independently verify ownership of these identifiers through the Website — actual ownership is confirmed when you connect to the FiveM game server itself.

7. Shop and Purchases

  • Any purchases made through our Shop are subject to our separate Refund Policy.
  • Purchased perks and cosmetics are tied to your account and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We do not sell pay-to-win advantages that circumvent server rules or roleplay balance.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account, Discord access, or game server access for violations of these Terms, our Server Rules, or Community Guidelines, at our discretion.
  • If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may submit a Ban Appeal.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Georgia Frontier RP name, logo, and original content are the property of Vexoris Development / Georgia Frontier RP.
  • User-generated content (roleplay characters, community contributions) remains yours, but by posting or submitting it to us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with the community (e.g., Gallery, News).

10. Disclaimers

  • The Website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re/FiveM beyond being a community operating on their platform, subject to their respective terms.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services we integrate with (Discord, Steam, Cfx.re).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexoris Development shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, Discord, or game server.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
