GFRP User Subscriber Agreement

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement supplements our Terms of Serviceand applies specifically to your participation as a member of the Georgia Frontier RP community — the Website, Discord server, and FiveM game server together. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict, this Agreement governs matters specific to community participation and roleplay conduct.

This Website was created and is powered by Vexoris Development under a Vexoris Development Agreement (VXA) for the Georgia Frontier RP server.

2. Community Standing

• Your account, Discord membership, and in-game access are collectively tied to your standing as a GFRP member.
• Enforcement action taken in one area (e.g., a Discord ban) may affect your standing across all three (Website, Discord, game server), at our discretion.
• Maintaining active, good-standing membership requires following our Server Rules and Community Guidelines at all times, in all three spaces.

3. Roleplay Conduct

• GFRP is a roleplay-focused community. You agree to engage with the server in the spirit of collaborative storytelling, not purely competitive or disruptive play.
• Fail RP, metagaming, and powergaming are prohibited, as detailed in our Server Rules.
• Department members (BCSO, SAHP, SAFR, SAMS, SADOT, Dispatch) additionally agree to follow their department’s specific Handbook and chain of command.

4. Applications and Department Membership

• Applying for and receiving a department role is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked for conduct violations, inactivity, or at staff discretion per department policy.
• False information provided in an application (including misrepresenting your playtime, prior experience, or identity) may result in application rejection or account action.

5. Character and Account Data

• Characters you create are tied to your account and subject to our Privacy Policy regarding what data is collected and how it’s used.
• We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove character names or content that violate our Community Guidelines.

6. Real Money and Purchases

• Any Shop purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Purchased perks do not exempt you from Server Rules or roleplay standards. Attempting to use purchased advantages to bypass roleplay expectations may be treated as a rules violation independent of your purchase.

7. Age-Restricted Access

• As detailed in our Terms of Service, FiveM game server access requires you to be 17 or older. This Agreement’s roleplay and department-conduct provisions apply once that access is granted.
• Members aged 16–17 who hold Website/Discord-only access agree to the applicable portions of our Community Guidelines even without game server access.

8. Enforcement and Appeals

• Staff may issue warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans for violations of this Agreement, the Server Rules, or Community Guidelines.
• You may contest an enforcement action via a Ban Appeal. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the action.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent, non-appealable ban at staff discretion.

9. Changes to Department Structure

Department structures, ranks, and Handbooks may change over time as the community grows. Continued membership in a department constitutes agreement to updated department policies as they’re published.

10. Termination

• You may leave the community at any time by deleting your account (see Account → Privacy) and leaving our Discord server.
• We may terminate your membership for violations of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Server Rules, or Community Guidelines.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Agreement works alongside, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Server Rules, and Community Guidelines. By checking the Subscriber Agreement box at registration, you confirm you’ve read and agree to all of these together.
